Trama
La figura del sindacalista Hoffa è una delle più ambigue del panorama politico americano del XX secolo. Già Stallone l'aveva interpretata nel romanzesco F.I.S.T.. Ora tocca a Nicholson, affiancato da DeVito che si riserva anche il ruolo del suo braccio destro, affrontare la personalità di un uomo in cui luci e ombre si fondevano quasi in modo inscindibile. L'impresa si rivela non semplice.
