Trama
Russ è una celebrità in città; è presidente del Rotary, firma autografi e ha un hamburger che porta il suo nome. Di mestiere legge le previsioni del tempo, ma con una verve da deejay. Eppure, è riuscito a indebitarsi con mezzo mondo. Mal consigliato dal luciferino Gig, Russ tenta la via dell'illegalità con una finta rapina ai propri danni per truffare l'assicurazione, ma peggiora la situazione. Non rimane che truccare l'estrazione televisiva del lotto, con la complicità della "donna della fortuna", che è anche la sua amante.
