Trama
Tratto da un romanzo (1955) del greco Nikos Kazantzakis, si alimenta di tre idee strutturali. La prima è di raccontare un uomo che tenta di opporsi alla scoperta della propria divinità e che avrebbe potuto vivere una vita comune, ma è costretto ad accettare la sua missione ubbidendo a Dio padre. Questa è la parte che ha dato esca allo scandalo.
