Trama
La dimensione demoniaca dei malvagi Supplizianti si riversa nella nostra realtà sotto forma di una scultura fatta di metallo, sangue, carne e demoni. Intanto una giornalista assiste per caso alla tortura di un uomo per mano dei Supplizianti, e viene a conoscenza dello stranissimo rapporto che lega un ragazzo alla scultura demoniaca, all'interno della quale è nascosto Pinhead.
