Trama
Finn deve riflettere se accettare una proposta di matrimonio. Ritorna dunque nella casa di sua nonna, dov'era stata felice, ma naturalmente tutto è cambiato. Le anziane ospiti sono più interessate a restaurare una vecchia coperta (l'American Quilt) che risale ai tempi dei pionieri e a rievocare i tempi che furono, con tanto di errori, rimpianti e miserie.
