Trama
L'ex poliziotto inglese Rollo Lee viene nominato direttore di uno zoo a Londra recentemente acquistato da una grande e spietata multinazionale neozelandese, la Octopus. Il proprietario della Octopus, Vince McCain, è un affarista senza scrupoli e avido di denaro, così lo zoo per sopravvivere è costretto a trasformarsi in un'attrazione turistica, con animali feroci, sponsor pubblicitari e numerosi punti vendita di souvenirs, con estremo disappunto del personale e dello stesso Rollo. Il figlio inetto di Vince, Rod, e la sua assistente Willa Weston sono incaricati di supervisionare l'operato di Rollo in modo da trovare un pretesto per chiudere lo zoo e trasformarlo in un megaparcheggio...
