Trama
Il bambino di Witness torna in questa storia graziosa ma piuttosto scontata. Siamo durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Il personaggio principale è Wendell, un ragazzino con un temperamento particolarmente complicato. La maggior parte del tempo la passa a leggere libri e a volare con la fantasia. Suo padre deve partire come soldato e il bambino finisce coi nonni.
