Trama
Alec, agente segreto britannico in missione a Berlino, ritorna a Londra in seguito alla morte di un suo informatore avvenuta per mano dell'ex nazista Mundt, capo del controspionaggio della Germania dell'Est. Ad Alec viene ordinato di catturarlo, finge di essere un alcolizzato per mettersi in contatto proprio con Mundt. Spedito in prigione a causa di una lite, Alec viene avvicinato da un emissario della spia tedesca.
