Trama
Rocky Balboa, campione indiscusso, viene messo K.O. dal potente Clubber Lang. Micky perde la vita e Rocky si ritrova a pezzi, sia nel fisico che nell'animo. Sarà il suo antagonista di sempre, Apollo Creed, ad aiutarlo a ritrovare la giusta coindizione e a guidarlo alla riconquista del titolo.
