Trama
Nancy Evans, bella proprietaria di un circo, ha un ranch che non ha mai visitato, ma che per motivi sentimentali non vuole vendere a Mike Abbott. I suoi soci, segretamente in combutta con Abbott, sabotano il circo per costringere Nancy a vendere il ranch; lei invece ci va a vivere. I suoi vicini, i Tre Mesquiteers, saranno all'altezza dei truffatori segreti? E poi, cosa c'è di così prezioso in quel ranch malandato?
