Trama
Si conoscono in cella: Sanders (Foxx) è un tappistello da strapazzo, Jaster (Pastorelli) è un genio delle rapine che ha soffiato 42 millioni di dollari in oro allo stato. Il detective Cleenton (Morse) fa in modo che Sanders venga liberato e lo segue per farsi portare sulle tracce di un altro criminale, molto più importante. In sostanza il teppista farà l'"esca", appunto. Il finale è scontato. Il tutto è certamente dinamico, con le naturali, funzionali location di New York. Per il resto sono luoghi... abbastanza comuni. Aggressivo.
