Trama
Da un famoso racconto di Washington Irving su un cavaliere senza testa che perseguita un giovanotto americano del XVIII secolo. Jeff Goldblum è il giovanotto, un insegnante sognatore che quando racconta la storia del cavaliere non viene creduto (appunto per la sua fama di acchiappanuvole).
