Trama
Forse sulla scia del successo dell'americano The Day After, la televisione inglese produce la cronaca immaginaria del "dopo bomba" in Inghilterra. Con freddo stile documentaristico, il regista Mick Jackson racconta il dramma della popolazione di Sheffield investita da un'improvvisa deflagrazione atomica, mostrando sullo schermo scene di morte, sofferenza e devastazione con una cura accentuata per il dettaglio sensazionalistico.
