Trama
Un simpatico bidonista di professione (Dana Carvey), in fuga da un malintenzionato che lo vuole ammazzare, cambia identità; un magnate degli impianti sanitari (Robert Loggia) lo crede un genio della finanza e lo spinge a corteggiare la propria figlia (Julia Campbell). Per il truffatore si profila così quello che potrebbe essere il colpo che lo sistema per tutta la vita. La faccenda però, all'apparenza semplicissima, risulta irta di complicazioni.
