Trama
Il detective Charlie Daines, che sta morendo di cancro anche se vuole tenere il fatto nascosto a tutti, è coinvolto in un'indagine molto particolare. Un serial killer che pretende di stare salvando il mondo dalle multinazionali tortura e uccide le proprie vittime mostrandole su un sito Internet frequentato anche dai più giovani (ivi compreso il figlio di Charlie). Le indagini, grazie all'intervento di un esperto costretto su una sedia a rotelle, si orientano verso i gruppi non global. Daines però è di un altro avviso.
