Trama
Arlene Reed lavora nel topless bar del suo amante Win Carter, dal quale aspetta un figlio; l'uomo però vuole costringerla ad abortire, e di fronte al suo rifiuto decide di ucciderla. Nel frattempo nel dipartimento di polizia si diffonde la corruzione: Jack Reed e il neo-tenente Charles Silvera tenteranno di arginarla ad ogni costo...
