Trama
Sopravvissuta alla prigionia di un lager nazista, Karin si sostituisce ad un'amica rimasta uccisa e raggiunge l'America dove vive il figlio della defunta. Tutti credono che sia lei la madre del bambino che, nel frattempo, ha ereditato un patrimonio. I soldi fanno gola a molti e Karin e il bambino corrono il rischio di essere uccisi.
