Trama
Quando il meccanico Jeff Obold incontra il misterioso e facoltoso Bruno Rubin, si trova esposto per la prima volta alle cose più belle della vita. Ma Jeff scopre la fonte del potere di Rubin: una creatura in gabbia chiamata "Darkling", che possiede il potere di creare un'incredibile ricchezza per le persone che si impegnano ad un'infinita "compagnia". Ora, affondando sempre più nell'oscurità di un'anima venduta al diavolo, Jeff scoprirà che vi è un prezzo alto da pagare per la realizzazione dei suoi sogni.
