Trama
1866. Montana. Reduci sudisti della guerra civile, i fratelli texani Ben e Clint Allison sequestrano Stark, ricco allevatore che li convince a seguirlo in un'impresa molto redditizia: trasportare una grande mandria dal Texas al Montana, dove da anni non si mangia carne bovina, attraverso un territorio infestato da Sioux ostili e banditi.
