Trama
Marvin Bookman gestisce un piccolo negozio nell'Indiana ed è casuale testimone di una sparatoria, nella quale è vittima il figlio di Laurie. Dopo aver fornito il numero di targa dell'auto dei malviventi alla polizia, viene punito per la soffiata. Dopo poco tempo John Bookman arriva in città con l'intento di rimettere le cose a posto e sgominare la banda di malviventi. Con l'aiuto di Laurie e del suo vecchio amico Jake mostreranno alle nuove bande di cosa sono ancora capaci i coloro che erano stati i padroni delle strade vent'anni prima...
