Mentre infuria una battaglia mortale sul lascito brutale di Jigsaw, un gruppo di sopravvissuti di Jigsaw si riunisce per cercare il sostegno di un guru e del sopravvissuto Bobby Dagen, un uomo i cui oscuri segreti scatenano una nuova ondata di terrore...
