Trama
Il malvagio Mr. Freeze vuole distruggere la città se non verrà accolta la sua richiesta di mettere tutto ai suoi ordini. Le autorità si rivolgono a Batman, che subito si mette in azione. Tra i suoi avversari si inserisce anche Poison Ivy, che cerca di ingannare il giovane Robin per arrivare a far cadere in trappola Batman.
