Trama
Dopo una serie di misteriosi disastri e distruzioni presso una base militare artica, si scopre che nella regione si aggira una mantide gigantesca e voracissima. Il mostruoso insetto, contro il quale il colonnello Parkman ingaggia una caccia mortale, si dirige verso New York.
