Trama
1991, le ambasciate della Corea del Nord e quella del Sud in Somalia si battono perché il paese africano, in mano al dittatore Siad Barre, non aderisca all'ONU. I continui sviluppi della ribellione anti-governativa in Somalia mettono in subbuglio i diplomatici che dovranno arginare il caos regnante nel paese.
