Trama
Franky e il suo socio, due piccoli delinquenti, accettano il colpo che gli viene proposto e svaligiano una bisca clandestina. La colpa dovrebbe ricadere sul gestore, per via di un suo vecchio errore. Ma le cose si complicano. La mafia fa allora appello a Jackie Cogan, perché regoli i conti e restauri i rapporti di potere.
