Trama
Un "re" del tabacco scaccia dalla città un giovane che ha messo gli occhi sulla sua bellissima figlia. Qualche tempo dopo il giovane umiliato ritorna e in breve costruisce una fortuna superiore a quella del suo nemico. Quest'ultimo, ormai rovinato, si uccide mentre sua figlia, solo per vendicarlo, sposa l'uomo che non l'ha dimenticata
