Trama
Una teenager affronta la vita e cerca di evitare il matrimonio combinato che il padre ha organizzato per lei.Nell’anno 1290, nel villaggio inglese di Stonebridge, Lady Catherine, per tutti Birdy, è la figlia più giovane di Lord Rollo e Lady Aislinn. In realtà, il loro maniero è parecchio decaduto, come quasi tutto in questo scorcio basso medievale.
