Trama
Un allenatore di football americano, perseguitato dalla sfortuna, è deciso a ritirarsi dalle scene. All'ultimo momento riceve però un'offerta: allenare i Comebacks, la squadra più scarsa e mal organizzata dei college americani. Il suo nuovo obiettivo diventa quindi trasformare quei perdenti in vincenti, un'impresa apparentemente impossibile.
